Rental Application Checklist

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only complete application packets will be processed. Screening fees are non-refundable. Applicants which are denied eligibility will be notified and will also receive a denial letter by mail. In order to ensure the timely processing of your application, please make sure you have completed all of the following:

• One completed and signed application for each adult 18 and older.
• Valid photo ID is attached.
• Proposed move-in date listed.
• Proof of income attached: 1 months’ pay stubs, 2 months bank statements, etc.
• Application fee of $35 per applicant – No personal checks accepted
